Refund Policy

f you would like to request a refund, please submit your inquiry by email to admin@opulencefinancialsolutions.com. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Opulence Financial Solutions. If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Important Notice:
Clients who have previously worked with another credit repair company prior to enrolling in our services are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Additionally, if any item(s) have been disputed, updated, or removed from your credit report as a result of services rendered, you acknowledge that you will not be eligible for a refund.
